Barbara M. Lambert, the director of ElderCare Consulting, is a Nurse and Geriatric Care Manager who has had an extensive professional career in geriatric care. She founded, and for more than twenty years, was the director of a program for a major medical center in Bergen County that provided multiple services to area senior citizens. This popular program continues today.

ElderCare Consulting was created in response to the dilemma individuals and families face about how to care for elderly parents and relatives. Because of Barbara Lambert's special knowledge and concern for the needs of the elderly, she has established ElderCare Consulting to help seniors and their families with some of the more difficult decisions involved in caregiving.
